A private investor with no construction team of their own wanted one contract, one price and a finished building — nothing to manage in between.
Build & Care took the project from concept design through structure, MEP, smart metering and a building management system, to a fully commissioned handover.
With no client-side technical team, every decision normally made by an owner's engineer had to be made — and justified — by us.
We ran fortnightly decision reviews with costed options in plain language, so the investor approved choices without needing to read a drawing.
The building was handed over complete and tenanted within two months, and the same investor has since commissioned a second tower.
