A corporate group consolidating four offices into one head office needed the building delivered as a finished, working facility — not as a stack of separate contracts. Build & Care carried civil, electrical and mechanical works under a single turnkey agreement.
The scope ran from substructure through the 11 kV substation, HVAC, fire protection and interior fit-out, commissioned together and handed over ready to occupy.
A fixed move-in date drove the whole programme, and the client had no in-house team to coordinate three separate contractors against it.
One project director owned the schedule end to end; all three disciplines were designed together so services clashes were resolved on drawings instead of on site.
The building was commissioned as one facility three weeks before the move-in date, with zero interface claims and a complete O&M documentation set at handover.
