A 14-storey residential tower on reclaimed ground needed a foundation package that could carry heavy podium loads without disturbing the occupied buildings on either side. Build & Care delivered the complete below-ground scope, from design review through load-verified handover.
Trial piling and static load testing preceded production, so the foundation the residents now live above is one whose capacity was proven — not assumed — before the first production bore.
Fill depth varied by several metres across the plot and two occupied buildings sat within four metres of the boundary, ruling out any driven-pile method.
We drilled confirmation boreholes, mapped the bearing stratum across the site, and terminated each pile against live drilling logs rather than a fixed design length.
Every pile reached verified bearing, integrity testing passed across the package on the first round, and the structural consultant signed off without a single query.
