A corner plot on a main avenue was always going to be judged from a distance, so the developer wanted a single firm accountable from the first survey peg to the finished façade.

A slender floor plate on an exposed corner meant lateral stiffness, not gravity load, governed the structural design.
We introduced a central shear core with outrigger levels, verified the scheme against wind analysis, and carried the same intent through to execution ourselves.
The tower was delivered inside its 22-month programme and now anchors the avenue as the developer's flagship address.
